Terms and Conditions for Online Payment

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the online payment facility on the Sarada Vidya Mandir (CBSE) website
(www.saradavidyamandir.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not
agree, please refrain from using the online payment service.
2. Payment Gateway
All online transactions are processed through BillDesk (IndiaIdeas.com Ltd.), a secure and RBI
authorised payment gateway. Sarada Vidya Mandir does not store any card or banking credentials
on its servers.
3. Applicable Fees and Charges
The following transaction charges (excluding GST) apply based on the payment method selected.
GST will be levied additionally as per government norms:

* RuPay Debit Card and UPI/Netbanking transactions are currently Nil charge as per regulatory
guidelines.

4. User Responsibilities
• You must ensure that the payment details (amount, student name, class, fee type) entered
are accurate before confirming the transaction.
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance in your account before initiating payment.
• Sarada Vidya Mandir shall not be liable for failed transactions arising from incorrect details
entered by the user.
• You must update the required legal documents on your merchant profile: Privacy Policy,
Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
5. Transaction Confirmation
Upon successful payment, a digital receipt/confirmation will be generated. Students/parents are
advised to save this receipt for future reference. The school's accounts department will update fee
records within 2 working days.
6. Failed Transactions
In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited from your account, please
contact the school's accounts office with the transaction ID. Refunds for failed transactions will be
processed within 7–10 working days as per BillDesk's policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sarada Vidya Mandir shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by technical errors,
system downtime, or network failures during payment processing. Users are advised to attempt
payment again after a suitable gap.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall
be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Raiganj, West Bengal.
